BARC Ratings For Week 39: Kapil Sharma Show Now The No. 1 Show
BARC ratings for Week 39 is out and is very similar to that recorded last week. STAR Plus continues to rule the roost while Colors and Zee TV stand firm at rank 2 and 3 respectively.
In the combined ratings (Urban + Rural), Zee TV’s weekend supernatural show, Brahmarakshas – Jaag Utha Shaitan and prime time drama, Kumkum Bhagya came in at rank 1 and 2 respectively. STAR Plus’s Saath Nibhaana Saathiya took 3rd place followed by Sony’s weekend show The Kapil Sharma Show and STAR Plus’s romantic daily drama Ye Hai Mohabbatein. Serial wise the rankings have remained somewhat stable with only Color’s Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki dropping in ratings. Meanwhile, funnyman Kapil Sharma’s show stood at rank 3 in the combined ratings but topped the table in Urban ratings in week 39.
With more new shows coming in October let’s see if any of them make it to the top 5 list in its first week. STAR Plus’s new show, Chandra Nandini starring Rajat Tokas and Shweta Basu Prasad will be replacing Humko Tumse Ho Gaya Hai Pyaar Kya Kare from 10 October. Meanwhile, Kushal Tandon and Jennifer Winget’s much-awaited thriller Beyhad will finally go on-air from 11 October. The show will be replacing Bade Bhaiyaa Ki Dulhania.
