J-Actor Nakagawa Taishi Rumored To Be Dating Former J-Pop Idol Hashimoto Kanna

On October 24, Japanese magazine Josei Jishin reported that actor Nakagawa Taishi is supposedly dating his movie “Black Night Parade” co-star, Hashimoto Kanna.

According to Josei Jishin’s article, earlier this month, Kanna was seen entering Taishi’s building at around 7 pm. When she left the building she had Taishi’s pet dog in her hand.

A few days later, Kanna was again caught leaving Taishi’s building but this time in the morning while Taishi too exited his building sometime later.

Agencies of both the actors are yet to comment on the news. Nakagawa Taishi and Kanna Hashimoto worked together in the 2014 drama “Water Polo Yankees”. Back then, Hashimoto Kanna was part of a girl band named ‘Rev. from DVL’ and in the show she played herself while Taishi played a water polo player.

The two reunited for the movie “Black Night Parade” which is scheduled for release on December 23.  

I think I understand why the Korean media industry bans artists from having relationships. It’s because some fans (like me) cannot accept their favorite singer or actor being with someone for real.

It’s not that I ever dreamt of dating Taishi but when I read this news, I don’t know why I didn’t feel too happy about it. Usually, I always support celebrity dating news and am excited about real couple love. But this piece of news kinda pricked a bit. I’m not sure why. 😔 I feel my Korean saesangs today. I understand your pain gals. 🙂 

Anyway, Taishi and Kanna look good together. Hopefully, this rumor (true or false) does not affect their work because they are both doing well in their individual careers.
