J-Actors Takeru Satoh And Mao Inoue To Star In A Romantic Drama

TBS announced that actors Takeru Satoh and Mao Inoue will be starring in a new romantic dorama titled “Josei Seven” aka “Shogakukan”.

This is the first time the two actors will be working as a couple in a TV show. Touted as a highly passionate show, it is said to consist of lots of heart-pounding scenes.

For me, it’s great news because I loved Takeru Satoh in “Koi wa Tsuzukuyo Dokodemo” in which he played the arrogant doctor, Tendo Kairi. And I don’t think it’s possible to not like Mao Inoue who played Makino Tsukushi in the original Japanese version of “Boys Over Flowers” aka “Hana Yori Dango”.

This is fresh new pair and it will be interesting to see these two together in a romantic drama.

“Josei Seven” is scheduled to air in January 2023.
