Igor sees the fallen lampshade and keeps it back in place. Nadya tells Igor to not quit Pan cosmetics as his father is ill and needs him to look after the business. She tells him that they can work together and look after the business. Igor is happy to hear that and warmly hugs her. He says that he will never leave her and that they should celebrate this moment. He goes down to bring a bottle of champagne from his car. Ira comes out of hiding and accuses Nadya of being a gold digger and trapping her company’s CEO. She also adds that Nadya cunningly got rid of her younger sister so she could latch onto Igor for his money and leaves the house before Igor’s return.
When Igor returns with the champagne, Nadya welcomes him with a tray of food. He covers Nadya with a blanket and opens the champagne bottle before expressing how excited he is to be living with her. He reflects on the fact that things between them have changed so quickly. From being just another guy he has now become her boss. Nadya however, looks lost and only manages to smile weakly.
In the parking lot, Ira vows to separate Nadya from Igor and never let her have him. Meanwhile, Igor and Nadya raise a toast and promise to always be together. Angry, Irina smashes Igor’s car window with a fire extinguisher and swears to never let him live happily with Nadya. Igor repeats that Nadya and he will always be together and plants a sweet kiss on Nadya’s lips before carrying her to bed. (Whaaaaat? Did Zee Zindagi edit the love scene? Why? Damn! I wonder what they’ll do with the Korean dramas where sweet romantic moments make the show interesting and worth watching.)
Next morning, Igor wakes Nadya up and kisses her softly. She jumps off the bed to get her coffee. She tells him that they cannot live together as she has just started working with his company and it will become awkward if people come to know that they are dating. Igor sulks telling that she has no intention of marrying him. She pacifies him saying that she does want to marry him but only after she becomes financially independent.
Ira is shocked to see Olya sticking pieces of paper in her room. She shouts at Olya for touching her things when she notices that the paper is Nadya’s bio-data. Her tone then mellows down and she asks Olya if she misses Nadya and wants her to stay with her always. Olya asks her if that is possible and Ira assures her that she will think of a way to make that happen.
Igor is furious at the broken window of his car. He checks for anything missing from the car but everything inside seems untouched. Zora tells him that he has filed a police complaint and has also informed the car service center.
At the breakfast table, Ira pretends to be worried about Nadya. She tells her father how difficult it must be for her to live alone to which her father reminds her of the ruckus she created at the idea of having Nadya live with them. Ira tells him that people do make mistakes and that they should call Nadya back home.
At Igor’s house, his father appreciates his decision of taking back his resignation and praises Nadya for being such a strong headed and honest woman. Polina adds that Irina is a much better girl and well-mannered, unlike Nadya who disrespected them at the restaurant. Igor clearly states that he has chosen his wife and won’t change it for anyone. Igor’s father then asks Rita about her boyfriend who hesitatingly tells him that her boyfriend owns a restaurant and is currently out of town for a meeting.
Outside, Igor asks Rita about her boyfriend and she says he knows him, it’s Boris. Igor doesn’t look happy hearing that name. He argues with her saying that Boris is a gangster and not good for her at all. She defends Boris saying that he has changed but Igor isn’t convinced and says that such men never change and that she is better without him. She pays no heed to his warnings and leaves saying that she has the right to select her own partner.
A man barges into a club with his minions and drags another man from a sofa. He warns the man that if he doesn’t clear his people from his territory then he will have him killed.
Oleg (the mysterious man from the previous episodes) has forgotten his identity card and tries to convince the guard to let him in but the guard does not budge. Nadya walks and tries to help Oleg out but the guard doesn’t listen to her either. Igor walks by and though he remembers Oleg he clearly doesn’t like him and doesn’t allow him to enter without an ID card. Finally, Oleg calls Polina who speaks with the guard and gets Oleg in.
Rita introduces new employees Nadya and Oleg to the rest of their team. Oleg looks at Rita and thinks to himself that she is prettier in real than in photos. Rita tells her staff that Oleg will be heading the team while Nadya will be making cosmetics that will make people happy. Rita then assigns Nadya the preparation of the company’s annual report. Oleg asks Rita out to dinner but she politely refuses and says that she doesn’t flirt at her workplace.
Nadya meets Igor for lunch and excitedly shares her first-day experience with him. She tells him how helpful her boss Rita has been and then it strikes her that Margarita i.e. Rita is actually Igor’s sister. Igor feeds Nadya with his fork (aww… such a typical Korean drama hero trait…cutting meat and feeding the girl…gives me Kdrama feels.) when Ira walks up to them and updates Igor about some meeting but Igor is in no mood to discuss work and asks her to speak with him later.
Lucia and Nicolai visit Nadya at her office and invite her to live with them. Nadya tells them that she doesn’t want to burden them to which Nicolai says that Olya misses her a lot and Irina too wants her to live with them. Nadya is shocked to hear that Ira wants her to live in her house. She tells them that she will think over it and rushes back to her work-station.
Ira meets Zora at the office and tries to get information out of him. Though he is reluctant at first he eventually gives in to her charms and tells her that the place where Igor’s car was parked had a CCTV camera and that the police will obtain the footage and find out the culprit who damaged his car window. Irina looks away as she is worried about being caught by the police unaware of Zora glaring at her.
Igor’s father (let’s call him Mr. Panin from here onwards) suffers an asthma attack and makes a desperate call to his daughter, Rita. He requests her to have him meet her boyfriend as soon as possible and he starts coughing violently. The house help brings him the oxygen mask and tells Rita that she will be hanging up as its time for Mr. Panin to have his medicines. Rita starts to leave the office when Oleg rises from his chair to leave for the day. She asks him about the work he was assigned and he says that his working hours are done and that he will complete his work the next day. She reprimands him for lack of sincerity and walks off looking annoyed.
Rita meets her boyfriend Boris (the guy who beat up another guy in a club) in his club. She tells him that her father wants to meet him but before he does that, he has to quit his illegal business so that her father can accept him. He tells her that leaving his business is not an easy thing but he will do so for her sake and that will take time. She looks upset but he cheers her up but joking about leaving his business and becoming a lab rat for her to experiment her cosmetics on and she doesn’t mind the idea at all.
Oleg persuades Nadya to leave for the day but she says she wants to stay as she loves her work. He tells her that he would’ve waited with her but he has to leave as he has a date for the evening. She wishes him luck and he bids her goodbye.
Nadiya calls her colleague Maria and asks for some information regarding the ingredients of a mask. Maria is partying in a club and tells Nadya that though the information is confidential and not accessible for new employees. However, she makes an exception and gives Nadya the password.
Boris meets his boss, Kevin and tells him that he has wrapped up his cases, and wants to quit the work. Kevin looks displeased, fakes a smile, and asks Boris for a parting hug. Kevin’s assistant tells him that Boris knows their business secrets and letting him go so easily is not a good idea to which he replies that he has never really let anyone go just like that.
Polina and Oleg are having drinks in an apartment when Oleg tells her about Igor’s rude behavior with him that morning. She asks him how did he like Rita and he says that she is fine. She tells him that she will arrange for everything and that they are very close to achieving their aim. Just then, Polina receives an urgent call from her husband’s doctor. At home, the doctor tells her that Mr. Panin’s condition is extremely serious and that if it worsens it could lead to his death. Since Mr. Panin refused to be hospitalised the doctor asks her to sign some papers that mention their voluntary choice of refusing hospital services.
At work, Nadya feels tired after overworking. She visits the washroom before leaving for the day when Ira seizes the opportunity to sneak in. She sees that Nadya has accessed the company’s confidential files and sends a mail from Nadya’s ID to a competitor stating that she would be happy to divulge Panin Cosmetic’s secret ingredients to them.
