SSCPL Neem Facial Review: Invest In This Facial Kit To Gain The Benefit Of Glowing Skin

If you don’t already know then let me tell you that I am officially obsessed with SSCPL’s facial kits. I have tried most of their kits and have loved almost all of them. These facial kits are safe as they do not contain any harmful chemicals and are totally easy on the pocket. One facial kit can be used for 2-4 facial sessions which makes these facial kits a ‘value for money’ product. My hands are always itching to buy every new product they launch and this time I bought their Neem Facial Kit. I have had three facial with this kit till now and here is my experience with this product.

What does it claim?

The facial eliminates blemishes, black and whiteheads. It maintains the skin moisture balance and clears skin impurities. It deep cleanses the skin and makes it soft, smooth, supple, and radiant. 

 

How to use?

Step 1: Wash Face With Neem Cleanser

The cleanser is mild on the skin and leaves the skin feeling smooth in the first try itself. The cleanser comes in a tiny bottle with a flip cap. A few drops of the cleanser are enough to clean the entire face. The cleanser instantly unclogs the pores and leaves the skin totally cleansed.

 

Step 2: Exfoliate With Neem Scrub

The neem scrub is light green in colour with yellowish brown granules. The granules are not harsh on the skin and gently makes the skin squeaky clean.

 

Step 3: Massage With Neem Cream

The neem cream is thick and buttery soft. Leave it on for around 5-10 and your skin will feel hydrated and moisturised. I have oily skin so I either completely avoid creams in facial kits or leave it on my face just a few minutes. I left the neem cream on for about ten minutes because I wanted to see how my skin reacts to it. Thankfully, my skin reacted positively and it felt highly moisturised and supple.

 

Step 4: Massage With Neem Gel

The neem gel is dark green in colour and feels cool when applied on the skin. I left it on for almost 10 minutes even though the instructions say to leave it on for 5 minutes max. I did so because I like their skin gels and was seeing if it suited my skin. After I washed it off, my skin felt clean but not soft and supple like it felt after the skin cream.

 

Step 5: Apply Neem Face Pack

Though I love SSCPL’s clay mask I dislike the fact that its application is very inconvenient. I have used the facial kits before and most of the time the clay mask gets hardened. It becomes difficult for me to dilute it with rose water and apply as the clay does not melt easily. I did somehow manage to mix rose water to the clay mask and apply it to my face. The clay mask clears blackheads and absorbs excess oil. I left it on for about 20 minutes and then washed it off. Like all other SSCPL clay masks, this one too gave me the glow I was looking for. My skin remained oil-free for hours after the facial.  

 

Does it fulfil its claim?

YES YES YES! SSCPL’s facial kits are my safest bet as my sensitive oily skin loves these facials the most. The neem herbal facial tightened my skin and made it look lighter and brighter. The radiance that one facial gives easily lasts for 3-4 days. And if the climate is not as humid as it generally is in Mumbai then the effects last for a week. Also what I noticed about this facial is that my skin feels less oily after frequent use. I am not saying that it got rid of the oiliness of my skin. It is just that my skin does not look extra oily for days after this facial.

Nothing as such. The facial does exactly what it claims so I have nothing to be discontent about.
